The hotel, managed by the international operator Marriott International, opened in 2011. Located in the "business" part of the city and 65 km from Lake Baikal, the hotel has taken a leading position in the hospitality industry.

- In 2020, as part of the Courtyard by Marriott's renewal of the brand's visual concept, Forward Consulting completed the defense to the investor, calculated the hotel's renovation budget and developed the design project for the hotel's rooms and public areas.
In 2022, as part of the renovation, 2 floors of the hotel were renovated under the guidance of Forward Consulting.
