Between 2018 and 2019, Forward Consulting specialists, by conducting an in-depth analysis of the planning solutions, the building already under construction, without changing the design volumes and structural solutions, were able to increase the number of room stock from 118 to 131 rooms. Through a complete restructuring of the planned areas of the first floor and basement, Forward Consulting team created a competent functional space that meets the high standards of the international operator.
